If you have contract-based memberships, you can add these in Triib to ensure your clients sign the necessary terms of that agreement.
If a member is assigned a membership plan with a contract, they will be prompted to sign this upon two occasions:
- Upon login to their Triib profile from a web browser.
- Upon class check-in from the Kiosk
Add The Contract
Click Memberships > Membership Plans.
Next to the membership plan click Add Contract.
From this page, enter the title and text of the contract and click save!
Notes on Contracts
Your members will receive a ‘no-rep’ if they check into class and have not signed their membership contract. You will be sent a notification of the failed check in so that you can follow up with them to get this signed.
It may be a good idea to set up an email template that you can send members who have not signed their contracts. Under Messaging > Email Templates, you can create one of these and use the variables provided to link them to your gym’s login page to make this process as simple as possible.
