Your clients will be prompted to sign the waiver no matter how they are entered into your Triib system.
Option 1: Adding a member from the admin side.
If you add a new member from the admin side of Triib (Members > Add New Member), there are two ways to get their waiver signed.
The first would be to simply send their welcome email. When the client receives their welcome email they are prompted to log into Triib with the credentials provided to them in the email. The first page they will see is the waiver and they will have to sign it in order to proceed to their profile.
The second option is from their profile page on the admin side. After their profile is generated, on the main profile tab you will see a button ‘sign/update waiver form’. By clicking this, you can have the client sign the waiver if they are sitting with you while you are adding them in.
Option 2: Drop-Ins and Free Trials.
From the Kiosk Drop In, or from your online Drop-In page (see your Triib URLs page), any client dropping in will have to sign their waiver to complete the form. From the Kiosk drop in, this will be the second page they see after submitting their information on the first page.
From either the online drop-in or free-trial pages, these are displayed at the bottom of the form.
Option 3: Sign Up Page.
On your public sign up pages for any membership or attendance pack, the waiver is required in order to complete the form.
Other Ways To Sign
Under Reports you will find your Members Missing Waivers Report. From this page you can easily email any members a link to sign their waiver. If you have added a child into the system, this email will be sent to their parent if their email is on file for the child. If the parent is a member, simply go to the parent’s profile in Triib and click ‘add child’ to add the child to the parent’s account, then the parent will be sent the waiver to sign for their child from the Members Missing Waivers Report.
If a member has not signed their waiver and they go to check into class from the Kiosk, they will be prompted to sign it then.
If a member has not signed their waiver and they check in from the TV Class List Dashboard, you will be sent a notification of the failed check-in so that you can follow up with them after class. We do not prompt the waiver signature from the TV Screen pages.
