If someone walks into your gym and wants to drop-in, they should do this from the Kiosk (see Triib URLs). From the Kiosk Drop-In form they will fill out their information, sign their waiver, then be taken to the class check in screen to sign into the class they are attending.
Here a the steps to get these set up.
Set Your Drop In Rate
Click Triib Settings > Edit Affiliate Info
Set your drop-in rate in the field provided. This will populate to all drop-in forms!
If you offer a different rate for specific classes, you can override this drop-in rate by clicking Schedule/Classes > Class Types. Click on the class type you wish to change the rate for, and enter the new rate in the field provided. Note that this will only apply from your ONLINE drop-in link (see Triib URLs).
Enable Drop-In Registration
Click Schedule/Classes > Drop-In Classes
Highlight any classes you wish to enable for drop-in registration. These will apply to these classes every week.
Once you have these enabled, you can start getting drop-ins checked in from the kiosk. You do have a few options on this page for payment:
Pays in Cash: if you check this box, this will create a cash paid invoice on the user’s profile. This also removes the requirement for CC entry.
Repeat Drop-In: if you select this, you can look up this member’s account from a previous drop-in to charge their CC on file.
Coach Fee Override: if you select this, you can enter your name and kiosk pin to waive their drop-in fee altogether. You can set your kiosk pin from your desktop profile, or from the mobile app.
