Did you notice a withdrawal from your bank account from Triib?
Don't worry, we didn't increase your Triib subscription....you just issued a refund!
When you issue a refund and there aren't funds in your merchant account to cover it, the funds are pulled directly from your bank account to process the refund.
So, here's how to figure that out.
Click Income Reports > Deposits.
You'll be able to locate the withdrawal from the negative amount listed. Jot down the date that withdrawal occurred.
Click Income Reports > Income Summary
Now, you will want to run that report for the same date.
Scroll to the bottom to locate the Refunds Breakdown chart.
Your refund should be listed! If it isn't, simply expand the dates on the report. The day of week processed and payment method all may cause a delay.
