When we turn your account "live", this simply means your credit card processing is on and you are free to use all features in Triib.
Prior to turning your account live, messaging and signup functionality is very limited. It is necessary to "Go Live" prior to sending any emails through Triib or attempting to sign people up.
When you are ready to turn your account live, please send a note to your onboarding manager!
