Switching over one plan is quite simple. Whether you're looking to change over to a new membership plan or have created a brand new plan that you'd like to apply, you have only a few steps needed for a smooth transition in Triib.
1. Cancel Current Plan
- Go to the member's profile > Under Current Plans/Add Plan, hit the red Cancel button.
- You will then be re-directed to another page asking for a Cancellation Date, Reason, and Notes.
- You can set the current plan to end on the last day the member will have access. Typically this is the last day of the billing period. So a monthly membership plan that bills on the 1st of the month in January would, ideally, be canceled on the 31st.
2. Add the New Plan
Click Add Plan on the member profile page
Then add the plan and set it to begin on the desired day. Typically this date is a day after the previous plan was canceled.
Now the member won't miss a beat! They will complete their billing period (which as already been paid for) on the old plan and will begin billing on their new plan with the updated pricing, class access, and workout section access.
