Although we do not allow you to fully delete a member out of the system, you can archive them!
By archiving them, it will remove their name from the drop-down menus in your Triib account as well as member reports.
In order to complete the archiving process, head to the profile of the member you wish to remove, click ‘edit member information’ on the profile tab.
Then, check the box at the top that says Archived and scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save!
Please note that in order to archive a member, they must not have an active plan or any unpaid invoices on their account.
