With Coach, Staff & Admins you can adjust the level of access they have to your Triib system.
By default, they will be set to:
Coach: They will be able to log into their TRIIB member profile and view their coaching schedule. You can assign them to classes on the schedule and they will populate to the Coached Classes Payroll Report.
Staff: Has the above privileges, as well as access to the administrative side of TRIIB. Staff members can adjust memberships, charge store products, change the schedule, etc.
Admin: Has the above privileges, as well as full access to all financial reports and deposit information.
The access levels listed above are set by default. However, if you have a special circumstance, like a coach that helps out with reporting and financials you can provide them advanced access by doing the following:
Click on "View Staff" then click on the coach's name you'd like to adjust.
From there click on the tab in their profile labeled: "Staff Info":
When that new screen pops up click on "Set Advanced Access Restrictions":
Now you'll see a menu that can be toggled on and off as appropriate (Image shown below is a default Admin level access):
So for example, if you have a coach that is responsible for getting as many new members as possible, it might make sense to have them have access to member lists, member details, and memberships. So they can assign membership plans to the new members they bring into the gym!
The Admins of your gym are able to adjust this list as they see fit, so as coaches/staff grow and are promoted within your gym, you can change their access level to the system as needed.
