As part of our ongoing efforts to create better transparency between our Triib community, we've committed to publishing monthly release notes that will include system updates, bug fixes, and relevant platform news. (Read to bottom for your gif reward.)
In January, we SQUASHED bugs and made lots of system improvements from performance tracking, to reporting, to member experience flows. Please find the highlights below.
New Feature: Allow Cash Invoices from Admin Store
Enabled a new option to allow admins to add products to a member's account if that member is cash paying only. Previously, this could only be done for members with an active payment method on file.
Fixed: Removing holds
This feature was not functioning as intended in some cases and has now been fixed. The user simply needs to select the hold that should be removed, prior to removing it. (No more sending in a ticket then having to wait for Triib Support to remove the hold for you! Yaaa!)
Update: Income Summary Reports
The paid summary pie chart now includes a breakdown for Free Trials, Drop Ins, and On Ramps.
Update: No more 'No Rep'
The 'No Rep' symbol has been removed and replaced with a more appropriate 'alert' symbol.
Update: Challenges
Made minor adjustments to improve system responsiveness and added 'Public Page' button link to bring admin to the public page quicker.
Fixed: Reporting updates
Many reports were in need of some fine-tuning after the Triib Engine release, taking into account multiple plans for a single member and the transition of old system structure to new system structure was certainly a tall order! Overdue Cash Paying and Membership Type Breakdown have gotten back-end facelifts and are now accurate with the new system.
We've steamrolled over some bugs in a few reports and optimized the rest to reflect even better reporting on the new membership plan capabilities!
As always, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team with any questions!
