As part of our ongoing efforts to create better transparency between our Triib community, we've committed to publishing monthly release notes that will include system updates, bug fixes, and relevant platform news. (As always: your gif reward awaits you at the bottom of the post)
In February, we finalized some persistent bug fixes which have been in the system, admittedly, for far too long. We've begun a hiring blitz as we grow (find us on Indeed/LinkedIn!) and this has helped us round the turn on providing the customer experience our gyms have come to know and love, but at scale!
Our customer support response times have returned to the Same Day turnaround we value and system hiccups are being smoothed at our fastest rate ever. Sunny skies ahead!
Please find the highlights below.
New Feature: Online Competitions
Online Competitions got launched in mid-February inside Triib Challenges with three distinct feature adds. Team functionality, Age divisions, and multiple workouts across a period of time, often a multi-day or multi-week Challenge. Later on, we added in full Triib Challenge capablity like bonus scores and completion-based goals to make the tool even more awesome. Online Competitions using Triib Challenges is supercharging the capabilities gyms otherwise would have to pay an external partner for! #AllinOne
Fixed: Select Data Reports
Hold reports, Overdue Cash Paying and Membership Type Breakdown were getting tangled and had display errors on certain member plans/profiles. With our communities help, we identified and eliminated all errors associated with these reports.
Fixed: Member Profile discrepancy
Some member accounts were showing 'inactive' when they were, in fact, paid and current with an active membership plan. This was causing some of the above reporting issues, mainly inside upcoming payments but are now being clearly and correctly displayed in both locations!
Update: Class-Checkin TV Screen
This dashboard, often used as the main touchpoint for incoming members, has been updated to include real-time indicators for any members with account issues. Yellow for On-Hold. Red for Billing Issues.
As always, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team with any questions!
