Email is a primary method of communication with a member in many situations. The Disabled Emails report was created to give coaches and admins a high-level view of invalid emails in their system.
The report contains a list any Active members who have had their email disabled.
It also includes a reason explaining why. Disabled reason info can vary widely based on email provider.
What does it mean if someone is on this list?
Often, this is due to the email address being invalid. In rarer cases, this could also mean that your email was unsubscribed from, marked as spam or is otherwise undeliverable.
You must update the address on the account before email sending to their account will be re-enabled.
