Once you become familiar with the Income Summary Report, and you'd like to dive into some of the details of the invoices that were processed, the Income Invoice Detail Report will be your next step.
Like the Income Summary Report, this can be run for any length of time, however, it's generally run for a month or two at a time, but can certainly be run for longer if need be. *Please note that if running the report for a long period of time, like a full a year, it may take some time to load given the information being pulled*
Once the report has been run for your selected date range, you'll see the table that appeared in the Income Summary Report. After that, you'll scroll down and see the Invoice Detail, which will contain a line item for each invoice processed, what was one it, for how much, and when it was deposited during the time period you ran the report for.
This will show you the Invoice number, the member and the date that it was processed, as well as the Total, the fees, and the total after the fees. This will also show you one of two things:
1) The deposit this invoice is connected to, which can be clicked and will bring you right to that deposit information, this will also show when that deposit was put into your bank account.
2) This invoice has yet to be deposited into your account and will display as "Deposit Upcoming", while the Deposit Upcoming will not be a hyperlink, the invoice number, member name as date processed will still bring you right to that members invoice.
If you had completed a refund or two, you'll see the following:
The invoice number, member information and the date it was processed. You'll then see the refund for the invoice and what deposit this impacted. Which is also a hyperlink so if you click on the "impacted deposit" it will bring you straight to that deposit page.
Lastly, you'll see an invoice directly below it, which will be the adjustment or the refund to you for the processing fees originally incurred when you charged the member. This will also have a deposit associated with it, as it will be a refund directly to you and this is also a hyperlink should you wish to see more information about that deposit.
