Welcome emails can be sent out through one of two ways in Onboarding:
- Individually (as plans are added)
- Collectively (all active members at once)
Individually Sending Welcome Emails
Anytime members and plans are manually added into the system, you have the option to send the member a welcome email when a plan is attached to their account.
We provide a default template for your welcome email that is easily customizable.
*Please note that welcome emails sent manually cannot be sent in bulk
Bulk Welcome Email (sent by TRIIB)
If you are importing your member data from a previous system, your Onboarding Specialist will send out a mass welcome email on a mutually agreed upon date. Only your active members will receive the welcome email.
Member Experience After the Welcome Email
Regardless of which welcome email is sent out, your members will be prompted through the following steps to access their TRIIB account:
Step 1: Password Reset
*Please note that the "old" password is the temporary password included in the email.
Step 2: Sign Liability Waiver
Step 3: Sign Plan Contract (If applicable)
Step 4: Update Billing Information / Payment Method
Account set up is complete! Your members will then have access to log into Triib, RSVP for classes, log their workouts, etc.
